For some this may be an easy question to answer. Unfortunately, for others this may be a not so easy question to respond to or even comfortable one. The good thing is you're here. Welcome to no judgement zone with an opportunity to grow together.
Those you're providing services to, partnerships, and potential clients and customers in the future. With a clear understanding of who and what is a customer, you can begin to think about those that fall into the categories shared. Now some organizations, depending on their services and more in-depth focus, this could vary. However, the goal remains the same- knowing your customers.
