Veterans in the workplace

VETERANS are the reminders and symbol of what our country stands for. This includes the freedom and equality to work for all. The good sight of a veteran in a workplace is often the sign of equality this will include the right to work, no age barrier, and or color, and most of all a veteran does not include a requirement of ranking. That's right! Any one, despite age, color, background, religious belief, socio-economic status could be a veteran by serving your country. 

If the average workplace take a look at some of the work habits shared with our soldiers in the military despite branch, it could assist us in the organizational realm of business. Everyone is uniformed-removal of unnecessary distraction and competition. Guidelines for hair (both men and women)

So, when think of our men and women who've took time out of their lives to make a difference in all of our lives...don't forget to thank them not just on Veterans Day or  Memorial Day (which many do) but be sure to thank them daily by action- employing our Veterans.
